TERMS & CONDITIONS

Motorcycles can be dangerous if not properly maintained and ridden safely. Thomason Performance has no control over the usage of any of it's parts. Thomason Performance expects the dealer and dealer's customer to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintanance of any parts. Thomason Performance assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind, because of the misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Thomason Performance expects the end user to exercise good judgement.

Limited Warranty: Thomason Performance products have a one year limited warranty from the Thomason Performance date of invoice against all material or workmanship defects. If, due to such a defect, you return the product to us within the warranty period, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charge to you, but for the cost of labor for which Thomason Performance is not responsible.

Warranty Exclusions: Products should be maintained properly by cleaning with mild soap, utilizing a high grade aluminum polish or chrome polish, and or a high quality carnuba wax depending upon finish type. Small flaws and/or marks do not constitute a flawed product. Corrosion defects due to salt spray in beach or snow areas, corrosive chemicals, improper care or cleaning are NOT COVERED by warranty. The following are not covered by any warranty: 1. Any wheel or accessory which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, racing, improper installation, collision or damage from wheel weights. 2. Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result of stone chips or similar road hazard. 3. Damage to the surface finish of the wheel or accessory as a result of the use of polish, abrasives or rubbing compound or the use of acid based cleaners. 4. Any wheel which is installed without proper Thomason Performance accessories or installed on a vehicle other then what it was designed. 5. Any wheel or accessory that has been repaired or altered by a party other than Thomason Performance. 6. Corrosion or defects not resulting from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material. 7. Damage due to off-road or unlawful operation. 8. Labor and paint costs incurred by Thomason Performance in connection with any warranty claim. 9. Storage fees incurred in connection with any warranty claim. 10. Shipping or transportation costs incurred in connection with any warranty claim 11. Utilizing a repair facility not familiar in the practice of installing CUSTOM motorcycle wheels and or accessories. Custom wheels may or may not require the use of different size spacers in order to center the wheel and accessories correctly. It is in your best interest to find a qualified motorcycle shop that is familiar in working with CUSTOM motorcycle wheels, and has the proper equipment required to manufacture spacers, etc; as needed. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED due to minor fitment issues. Warranty Service Contact Thomason Performance at (603)661-4984 in regards to warranty claims. A claim number will be issued, and this claim number must be visible on the outside of the package. Send parts to us at the address below, with a description of the problem. You must prepay all shipping costs. Wheels will not be accepted with tires, rotors, sprockets or pulleys mounted unless Thomason Performance mounted and/or assembled such items. Thomason Performance is not responsible for parts lost or stolen in transit. You are encouraged to ship the parts via safest means possible, with receipt confirmation, and insurance if warranted. We will make every effort to ship replacement parts in a timely fashion, however, please be aware delays may sometimes occur due to cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part. Industrial Park Drive Unit 16 Manchester, NH 03109 Warranty Limitations All Warranties are nontransferable, and are limited to or through the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER of the product(s) ONLY. "Date of invoice" for any Thomason Performance warranty refers the date on which the product(s) was purchased from Thomason Performance regardless of whether the product(s) was purchased by a retail user, or a dealer or wholesaler. Under no circumstance will any warranty expiration date be extended, unless agreed to by Thomason Performance in writing. Repair or replacement of the product by Thomason Performance is your sole and exclusive remedy. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this express warranty. there are no express or implied warranties beyond those set forth in this document. Thomason Performance reserves the right to investigate all warranty claims. Incorrect, damaged, or missing item must be reported within 72 hours of the time the product are received. You mount it you bought it. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date on chrome plated components. All other components will be limited to 90 days from the invoice date.
